Dr. Anita Chopra believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our Brampton office participates in most insurance programs.
Insurance
Most extended health plans include chiropractic coverage. We offer direct billing to most major health insurance plans, however if your company/policy does not allow for direct billing, we will provide you with a receipt so that you can claim your visit yourself.
Please Note:
- We are unable to speak with your insurance company on your behalf so it is important that you know the details of your plan.
- You must complete a Direct Billing form for each family member who is a patient in our clinic and this must be completed yearly.
- Insurance companies require that we take a copy of your photo ID and your insurance benefits card the first time we submit on your behalf.
- Some policy/plans do not allow Direct Billing and we have no control over that.
- Some plans only cover a percentage of our fee. You are responsible for the remainder at the time of treatment. Once you have reached the maximum allowable amount for your plan, you are responsible for any additional visits/fees.
- Should the submission portal not be functioning (due to heavy traffic on the site) we will ask for payment and provide you with a receipt.

No Insurance
For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, you can pay by cash, credit or e-transfer.
NOTE: Appointments may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit, however cancellations made after this time will be charged at 100% of the visit rate.
