Directions
BY CAR (from SOUTH)
- Travel north on Hurontario St. You will pass County Court Blvd., (there will be a Tim Horton's).
- Continue on Hurontario until you see County Court Blvd for the second time (passing the court house). Make a right turn.
- Make the first left onto Turtlecreek Blvd., and enter into the plaza on the left hand side. This is the back entrance of the building.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We know that sometimes you cannot make your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call the clinic a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment so that we may offer your appointment time to another patient. Failure to provide 24 hours notice or missing your scheduled appointment will result in you being charged the full visit fee.
